Cabin Roof
Hey Fam!
Sorry it's been so long since I've used our cabin blog. I'm going to try and be better at using this to give you quick updates on cabin progress.
I spoke with Steve Crane the other day about our roof. As you know, the non-metal roof will cause a greater snow load on our new, beautiful structure. Steve is suggesting that we have Bob and his crew "sister" one more layer of joists to every other roof joist. He thinks this will prevent potential cracking to the dry wall in the future.
As we get closer to starting up construction (probably the end of April), I will be using this to give you the latest.
Loves,
Em
